Shade is the whole point
A Houston patio in July without cover gets used about twice a summer. A cover, a pavilion or a pergola is what turns that slab into somewhere you'll actually sit — and because we build the patio and the planting too, it lands as one finished space instead of a structure dropped onto a yard.
